Fundraisers

The Mountain View Boy's Basketball Program has three fundraisers each year.

The entire program spends 5-6 hours on a Saturday performing community service at either Boise Rescue Mission, Rake Up Boise, or at the Meridian Food Bank.
Each player sends out 15-20 sponsorship forms to family and friends for the time spent performing community service.
The program makes money on what is donated for sponsoring a player.
All forms/envelopes/stamps are provided by the program and the fundraiser is usually the 3rd or 4th weekend in November.

Each player of the program is responsible for at least one item to be auctioned off at the dinner.
Parents are in charge of running the dinner and auction as it runs during a home game at MVHS.

Each spring we use our gym to host three different Basketball Tournaments.
Every player of the program is required to help out with 2 Idaho Prep tourneys and the Northwest Premier Tourney.
All players are required to work at least 4-6 games as scorekeeper for each tourney.
